How To Share Feedback
You can reach us in two ways.
Contact Form
Use our contact page and send a message with the page or template name. If possible, include the page link, what looks incorrect, and what you think the correct wording or detail should be.
Suggest An Edit Button
On many pages, you may see a “suggest an edit” or feedback button. Submissions through that option are routed to the team for review with the page already identified.
If your feedback comes from professional experience in a relevant field, mention that in your message. We may follow up with one or two questions so we understand the issue correctly.
How We Review And Respond
Every message is reviewed by a member of our editorial or support team. The workflow follows these steps.
Acknowledgment
We usually send a brief reply within two business days to confirm we received your message.
Assessment
We categorize the feedback, such as a factual issue, an outdated reference, unclear wording, a formatting problem, or a template logic concern. If the issue is about a rule, standard, or requirement, we check the most current authoritative references and compare them to what is currently published.
Action
Based on the review, we correct the page content, update the template file, adjust instructions, or queue the suggestion for a future revision when it fits the product direction. When a change is made, we update the page and, when appropriate, note the revision so readers can see that an update took place.
Follow-Up
If you provided contact information, we may reply once the change is live or if we need clarification to proceed.
Transparency And Privacy
We treat feedback as part of editorial quality control. Significant corrections may be noted on the relevant page, along with an updated date, so readers can understand when information was revised.
We keep feedback messages private. If you share your name, role, or contact details, that information is used only for review and follow-up. If you prefer to remain anonymous, you can submit feedback without identifying details.
Commitment To Continuous Improvement
We review recurring feedback patterns to identify pages that need clearer explanations, stronger sourcing, or updated template logic. Alongside that ongoing review, we track changes in standards and common documentation needs so our templates and guidance stay practical and consistent over time.
If you notice something that should be corrected or improved, we would love to hear from you.
