12 Hour Work Schedule Template

This template is designed for businesses and teams that need to manage work shifts, particularly in industries like healthcare, security, or manufacturing that operate on 12-hour shifts.

Each day includes a 12-hour schedule slot. For printed versions, slots can be manually filled in. For digital use, color-coding the slots usually makes the schedule easier to understand. You can mark any slot that is active for an employee or team. The Employee's Name column can also be replaced with Team Name if scheduling shifts for entire teams.
