How to Use This Template

Write the date at the top of the template to anchor the day’s plan. Under each meal section—Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Snacks—list specific food items you intend to consume. Be as detailed as needed, including portion sizes or cooking methods if preferred. Use the Grocery List to identify ingredients based on your planned meals; check off items on the template while shopping to improve speed and reduce forgotten purchases.

In the Water Intake section, mark a checkbox each time you drink a glass of water. You can pre-define what a “glass” means (e.g., 8 oz or 250 ml) for consistent tracking throughout the day. Use the Notes section for adjustments such as substituted ingredients, preparation timing, or reminders for future meals. If printing the template, leave enough margin space for handwritten edits, especially around the checkboxes.
