A daily preschool schedule is a planning document used to organize and communicate the flow of activities for young children throughout the day. It can be used by preschool teachers, administrators, and parents to plan and coordinate daily classroom schedules.
The template is divided into three columns: hourly time slots, activities, and weekly notes. To use this template, adjust the time slots according to your schedule. The third column is for the weekly schedule; it should be filled out once in your original template for the entire week, and the relevant activities should be planned in the daily activity column based on the current day. Keep activity periods under 30 minutes and alternate between quiet and active tasks to maintain children’s engagement—for example, follow story time with outdoor play.
