To get started, enter a start date, and the template will update the two-week table according to your schedule. You can easily navigate to any desired period by using the “Navigate to Week” cell, allowing you to adjust the calendar view according to your schedule. While the template focuses on a two-week display, you can move to any week to review progress by using the navigation cell.
Tasks are automated, and as you input start dates and durations, the look-ahead calendar updates dynamically and displays a clear comparison between task durations and completion percentages to help you plan your two weeks ahead.
You can assign different colors to each task or project phase, or set a unified color theme through the settings page. You will also find other basic settings such as team members and priority statuses in the settings sheet.
