To begin, enter the start date of your project. The template will generate a two-week layout for tasks, which can be adjusted to plan any two-week period of your project. For example, to view weeks 7 and 8, you can enter “7” in the “navigate to week” cell, and the template will provide the table specific to those weeks.
The task section includes cells to assign tasks to the team members, updating start and finish dates, and tracking progress using percentage completion. Additionally, the two weeks table includes options for selecting status icons (e.g., tick or cross) to indicate the progress of each task on specific days. In the settings sheet you can customize team members, task priority statuses, and task markers (icons) to adjust them according to your project. This template is simple, functional, and works effectively in both Excel and Google Sheets.
