Conference schedules are often the first thing attendees look for after they register. They want to confirm start times, find the main sessions, and understand where breaks and networking fit. The Multi Day Conference Schedule Template is designed in PowerPoint and Google Slides for presenting a multi-day agenda in a layout that is easy to review on screen or share as a PDF.

Start by editing the header details so attendees can quickly confirm the event name, date range, and venue. After that, fill in each day section using the time ranges and session titles so the agenda reads in order from start to finish.

What This Template Includes

  • Conference Header Area: Title, date range, and venue line with icons
  • Day-Based Headings: A clear label for each conference day and date
  • Agenda Time Blocks: Time range on the left and session name on the right
  • Break And Session Entries: Rows that fit registration, keynotes, workshops, panels, and breaks

What You Can Present on the Slide

At the top of the slide, you get space for the conference title and a short subtitle that can describe what the document is. Directly under that, the header area includes a date range and a venue line, each paired with a small icon so attendees can spot those details quickly.

The agenda portion is divided into day sections. Each day includes a bold day label followed by multiple agenda rows. Every row is built for two essential pieces of information. The time range stays in the left column, and the session name stays in the right column. This format works for common conference blocks such as registration, keynotes, workshops, panels, roundtables, breaks, and lunch.

Editing the Conference Header Details

Start by updating the title text to match the event name, then adjust the subtitle so it reflects how you plan to use the slide, such as agenda, schedule, program, or conference plan. After that, replace the date range with your event dates and update the venue line with your location.

If your conference is virtual or hybrid, you can replace the venue text with a platform name, a meeting link label, or a general location such as Online Event. If you are working across time zones, add the time zone abbreviation next to the date range or in the subtitle.

Customizing Each Day’s Agenda

Each day section is designed for timed blocks that attendees can read quickly. Edit each time range to match your program, then replace the session titles with your planned items. If your sessions need more detail, you can add a short second line under a session name for a room name, speaker name, or track label, then reduce the font size slightly so spacing remains tidy.

If you need more agenda rows than the slide currently shows, duplicate an existing row and edit the text. Duplicating keeps spacing aligned and keeps the time and session text positioned correctly. If your day is shorter and you need fewer rows, remove the unused rows and shift the remaining rows up so the day section stays visually balanced.

Adding More Days or Splitting a Longer Program

For conferences that run three or more days, you have two clean options.

One option is to duplicate the day block and place it on a new slide, then update the day label and agenda items. This keeps each day readable and avoids squeezing the text.

Another option is to split the event into sections, such as Day 1 and Day 2 on one slide, then Day 3 and Day 4 on the next slide. This is useful when each day has a similar number of sessions.

If your program includes multiple tracks running at the same time, consider creating one slide per track, then label the track name in the title or subtitle. Another option is to add track or room labels under each session title, so attendees can follow the right session without guessing.

Sharing and Printing Tips

If you plan to print the slide, keep session titles short enough that they do not wrap too many lines. If you need longer titles, shorten the visible name and place the full session title in a separate program document.

For digital sharing, export the slide as a PDF and include it in registration emails, event reminder emails, or a QR code landing page. If you plan to show it on a display, preview it at full screen to confirm the text remains readable at a distance.

FAQs

How do I add a third conference day?

Duplicate one of the day blocks and move it to a new slide, then change the day label and replace the agenda rows with the new day’s times and sessions. This keeps the text readable and avoids crowding.

Can I add room names or speaker names without making the slide look crowded?

Yes. Add a second line under the session title for the room or speaker, then reduce that second line’s font size. Keep the added line short, such as a room number and speaker last name, so the row remains easy to scan.

How should I list breakout sessions that happen at the same time?

Use the same time range across multiple rows, then list each session title as its own row. If those sessions are in different rooms, add the room name on a second line under each session title.

Can I use this for a virtual conference or webinar series?

Yes. Replace the venue line with Online Event or the platform name. If needed, add a short note in the subtitle about the time zone used for the schedule.
