The New Employee Training Schedule Template is designed to organize and manage a new employee’s onboarding process. To begin, enter the new hire’s name and designation at the top of the schedule. For each training task, add the activity name in the ‘Activity’ column and assign the responsible supervisor in the adjacent ‘Supervisor’ column.

Manually set the overall training timeline in days using the date row at the top of the schedule. Drag the bar shape next to each activity to reflect its duration across the timeline. When adding new activities, follow the same process: enter the task name and assign a supervisor.

Pro Tip: Schedule activities in a logical sequence to build the new employee’s knowledge gradually. For example, placing “Orientation” before “Software Training” gives them the company background they need before learning specific systems. Also, give enough time for each activity and avoid crowding too many tasks on the same day to prevent overload.
